Shipping Policy
We accept most credit card/debit cards. Most orders are shipped from Mainland UK and will be sent out in 5-10 days from the time of your order. A single set of hangers is under 500g in weight and it costs £3 per parcel to send via Royal Mail. If two sets are ordered the weight increases, but costs stay the same.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you are dissatisfied with our product, due to it having a fault, we would be happy to refund you the money you spent, or offer a replacement order; if you email sales@lockonhanger.com or call 01622 394909, we can talk about the returns process more in-depth, so you are aware of how to complete the returning process.
