FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • What payment methods can I use?
    We accept both Credit Card and PayPal, as our third-party payment providers.
  • What if I want to return what I ordered?
    You can return any items, so long as it has a fault which affects its ability to perform its function.
  • When will I recieve my order?
    Orders will be posted within 5-10 days via Royal Mail 2nd class post.
  • What are the hangers made of?
    The hangers are mostly made of plastic, with a metal hook.
  • How do the trouser clips work?
    They attach to our Lock-on hangers on the bottom bar. Once these have been attached either side of the bottom bar of the hanger you push them for the clip to open and then place your trousers inside of the clip and let go of the clip, so it closes on the trousers.
  • Do you offer a discount for more than one set?
    No, we do not provide discounts.
  • How do they work?
    You hang the item on the rail using our hanger, and the metal clip inside will prevent your clotheing from falling off of the hanger.
  • Are they easy to use?
    Yes, you use them just as you would a normal hanger.
